What is better, a home gym or dumb bells?
All I want to do is get in shape, like what I see in the mirror better. But I think I can get a more complete workout with a Bowflex. Also, does a home gym promote proper form and stuff? Be honest, do I buy some weights and a bench?
As someone who works out all the time, I can honestly say that a home gym, like a Bowflex is better. weights do a great job targeting specific muscle groups, but a flexible arch, depending on what you get, you can write to all major groups and some of the most under age as well. You should also try to work cardio into your routine and get the most important muscle of work, and his heart. It is also a bowflex help work the way it is very important to not get hurt. I think that Bowflex has a DVD that you can get that will show you proper form. We also try to work front of a mirror to see if you are doing well or get a training partner (highly recommended) Good luck.
